■소개
본 연구실에서는 혈관, 연골, 염증 및 신경질환 치료를 위한 포괄적 개념의 중개 연구를 수행하고 있다. 줄기세포에 유전자 편집, 나노과학, 기능단백체학 등의 기술을 이용하여 신개념의 차세대줄기세포치료제의 개발을 주된 목표로 삼고 다양한 수준에서의 재생의학 연구를 수행하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 역분화줄기세포 및 배아줄기세포를 이용하여 환자모사 세포제작, 바이오마커 개발 및 분화연구를 수행하고 있으며, 시스템생물학을 이용한 기능단백체 분석, 실시간 분자이미징등의 기술을 활용하여 치료제의 메커니즘 및 기능을 연구하고있다.
